Dr. Derek J. Eaton

Derek Eaton has been practicing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for almost 20 years and been serving the greater Gastonia area for thirteen of those years.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of the American Dental Association as well as the North Carolina Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  He is also a member of the American Society of Dental Anesthesia and a North Carolina State Anesthesia Inspector for the North Carolina Dental Board.   Dr Eaton is passionate about providing high quality surgery in a comforting environment.  He enjoys placing dental implants and sedating apprehensive patients, providing a comforting experience.  In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Sheila, and spending time with his three kids, Emily, Alex and Madison. As well as his two boxers, Milo and Ollie.
